Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Specialist to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise visual representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective insightful dashboard reports.
• Ensure data integrity with different data sources for visualization.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Automate data workflows and improve reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards and data sources.
• Maintain and document Tableau workbooks, data models, and related processes.
• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide an overview of the backend features.
• Stay updated on Tableau best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
• Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of the workbook.
• Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, relational databases and transformation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to create meaningful insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings.
• MongoDB knowledge is an added advantage.
• Certification in Tableau is an added advantage.
