Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our mobile application, initially targeting students and subsequently launching it on the Play Store. The ideal candidate should be experienced in digital marketing, user acquisition strategies, and app store optimization (ASO) to drive maximum engagement and downloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing & Branding:
  • Manage social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content like videos, blogs, and ads to attract users.
  • Run targeted online ads to increase downloads and engagement.
• App Store Optimization (ASO) & Launch Execution:
  • Optimize app store listings (Play Store) for visibility and downloads.
  • Monitor analytics to track user behavior and improve performance.
  • Execute a launch campaign to maximize downloads post-release.
• Partnerships & Collaborations:
  • Work with student groups, educational institutions, and influencers for app promotion.
  • Collaborate with content creators to generate reviews and testimonials.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign results.
  • Provide insights for continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing, paid ads, and influencer outreach.
• Knowledge of ASO techniques for Play Store optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in student-focused marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO/ASO platforms.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of youth trends.
