Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing expertise to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the complete marketing lifecycle for our SaaS products – Mobile & Web Apps from strategy development through campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing & Campaigns:
    • Develop, plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to implementation.
    • Create and manage campaign budgets with focus on maximizing ROAS and minimizing CAC
    • Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance
    • Optimize app store listings (Play Store & App Store) for visibility and downloads
    • Design and execute targeted customer acquisition, engagement, retention and anti-churn initiatives
  • Digital Channel Management:
    • Manage paid search (SEM/PPC) campaigns across Google.
    • Develop and execute SEO strategy including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building
    • Run social media marketing campaigns – Meta/Linked-In
    • Proficiency with marketing technology stack and tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and SEO tools
    • Execute email marketing programs with segmentation, automation, and personalization
    • Implement content/referral/influencer marketing initiatives aligned with buyer journey touchpoints
    • Manage retargeting and display advertising campaigns
    • Collaborate with content creators to generate reviews and testimonials.
  • Performance & Analytics:
    • Establish and monitor KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, cx acquisition, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
    • Create attribution models to understand customer journey and channel effectiveness.
    • Develop cohort analyses to measure customer acquisition and retention effectiveness
    • Generate actionable insights from campaign data to continuously optimize marketing efforts
  • Product Marketing:
    • Translate product features into compelling market positioning and messaging.
    • Develop detailed customer personas and journey maps to inform marketing strategy
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats
    • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives
    • Data-driven approach to marketing with experience in marketing analytics
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with hands-on campaign management.
  • Proven track record managing full-funnel digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • In-depth understanding of key marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, and retention.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and multi-touch attribution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • B2B/B2C SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
