Project Coordinator

Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • Help project managers in developing comprehensive project plans including defining objectives, setting deadlines, and outlining key milestones.
  • Maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met, and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the allocation of resources such as manpower and cloud resources to ensure project efficiency.
  • Help resolve project issues and roadblocks, escalating them to the project manager when necessary.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Act as a point of contact between the inter-departmental teams, clients, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are informed of project progress, changes, and issues.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among team members to promote efficient workflow and problem-solving.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, meeting notes, and change requests.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure that project documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards of quality. Assist in performing quality checks and audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project to enhance efficiency and quality.
