Tele-Caller (Full-Time Consultant) – Self-Storage Data Gathering & Verification

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced tele-caller to join our team as a full-time consultant focused on gathering and verifying critical data for self-storage developments in Non-US regions, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The chosen candidate will play a key role in enhancing the accuracy and completeness of our development pipeline database and self-storage facility records—covering essential attributes such as building and parking area (SQM/SQFT), year built, ownership contacts, and more. This position is remote, based in India, and requires working rotational shifts to align with the business hours of the target regions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Verification:
    • Conduct tele-calling activities to collect accurate data on new and existing self-storage developments.
    • Gather key attributes, including building and parking area (SQM for Australia/New
    • Zealand/UK; SQFT for US/Canada), year built, ownership details, and contact information.
    • Verify essential details related to project stages, development addresses, building size, floor details, and expected opening dates.
  • Targeted Regional Outreach:
    • Make calls to top operators, builders, contractors, and county offices to source permits, parcel data, and additional facility information.
    • Collect data for the following regions according to the outlined schedule:
      • Australia & New Zealand: Store Profile and New Developments
        • Canada & United Kingdom: Similar key attributes as above
          • United States: Support on-demand tasks related to permits and parcel data
  • Supporting Business Development:
    • Assist in product demo booking by contacting self-storage leads (operators, developers, contractors, brokers) and coordinating with the Business Development team.
  • Reporting:
    • Compile the collected data into standardized reports for review and integration into our regular databases and presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of tele-calling experience in high-volume BPO environments servicing US, UK, or AU markets.
  • Communication:
    • Must possess a neutral accent with excellent verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
  • Data Collection & Verification:
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to collect, verify, and update data accurately.
  • Flexibility:
    • Proven ability to work rotational shifts and adapt to varying schedules based on business needs.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Comfortable using spreadsheets and updating structured data reports.

Additional Information

  • Remote Work:
    This role is entirely remote, and candidates must be based in India.
  • Contract Duration:
    The position is on a 6-month contract with opportunities for extension based on performance and business needs.
